TERMS OF SERVICE

If you are buying me a commision you are accepting to this terms.
This page also contains info. about the commisions themselves.

I will work under the notion that you have read my T.O.S.

GENERAL

  • Terms of service and prices are subject to changes.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commision.

  • Commisions can be canceled without refund in violation of my ToS

  • I reserve my right to modify and reuse my own work for future commisions

Absolutely Prohibited to:

  • Use my artwork for commercial use (especially NFTs)

  • Taking credit for my artwork

  • Cropping watermarks or signatures

  • Modify my artwork without permission

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • Credit will be given for Original characters and Registered characters.

  • You may use the artwork for personal use, but credit must be given.

  • You may repost the artwork on social media, again with due credit (my socials are included in my Carrd)

PAYMENT

Payment will only be accepted via PayPal in USD.
I will require that you use the email associated with your Paypal account or send it once payment is requested.

Details of the commision will be discussed via email (other platforms are available if discussed)
This details include my availability or waiting time.
After discussion I will work on a sketch, when accepted payment will follow this requirements:

  • For your and my own safety I will require 50% of the payment. Plus Paypal's commission.

  • An invoice will be sent with a due date from 5-10 days.

  • I will start working after the invoice is paid.

  • Once the commision is complete the last 50% will be requested before delivery.

  • An extra fee may be added depending on complexity

If there is progres in the commision stages but I'm unable to complete the amount to refund will be discussed

Refunds may be given if.

  • I'm unable to complete the commision for any given reason

  • I haven't started working on it and more than a month has passed since payment

WORKFLOW

Before payment some things will be discussed, note that:

I can/will Do

  • Armor/Weapons

  • Fantasy species

  • Creatures

  • Monsters

  • Mechs

  • Original characters

  • Humanoids

  • You Can Ask!

I will NOT Do

  • Hard Gore

  • NSFW (can be discussed)

  • Any non consensual activity

  • Hard Fetishes

Please note that I may request an extra fee depending on complexity or details of the work.

PLEASE send all reference material so I can start working, these can be sent on the platform where we're contacting, being either email or one discussed earlier.
Be as specific as you can when ordering. Be aware of some style choices made by myself.

Once first payment is done there will be communication with the client via email or requested platform where revisions will be sent.

  • I will send screenshots with any progress if needed.

  • You can request to see progress whenever you need.

  • Any corrections or edits must be reasonable and specific.

  • Details not given will be responsibility of the customer.

Once commision is complete the customer will be notified. The rest of the payment will be requested via invoice.
Once this Invoice is paid I will deliver the files listed in my prices table.
Note that for sculptures an extra may be requested if you wish to receive the file.The files will be sent via email and a second time if there was another platform for communication.

  • I own the rights to the artwork I created along with the rights to post the artwork to my social media.

  • If you wish the commision tobe private please let me know, prefereably when ordering the commision.
